Chaskis SA

Chaskis SA is a Geneva delivery company founded in 2019 — within three weeks of the Cour de justice de Genève ruling that classified Uber Eats couriers as employees — to supply bicycle couriers to Uber Eats under a technology-services contract. The Federal Court's February 2025 ruling held that Uber Eats retained essential direction and control, making Chaskis a Personalverleiher subject to the Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetz, and has become the leading Swiss precedent on gig-platform subcontracting structures.
