Gunvor Group

Gunvor Group is one of the world's largest independent energy commodities trading houses, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Geneva, trading crude oil, refined products, metals and bulk materials across global markets. It became a landmark reference in Swiss foreign-bribery enforcement after the 2019 federal Strafbefehl established organisational liability under Art. 102 Abs. 2 StGB independently of individual prosecution.
