OECD Working Group on Bribery
The OECD Working Group on Bribery is the peer-review monitoring body for the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, composed of 46 state parties; it periodically assesses each signatory's enforcement of foreign bribery laws and issues binding recommendations. For Switzerland it has repeatedly called for higher statutory corporate fines and private-sector whistleblower protection — directly shaping the legislative backdrop of Art. 102 StGB debates covered by Unter Vorbehalt.
