PostFinance Ltd is a Swiss financial institution wholly owned by Swiss Post and designated systemically important by the SNB, accounting for approximately 60% of domestic payment transaction volume. It is subject to FINMA supervision and the enhanced capital, liquidity, and resolvability requirements applicable to Swiss systemically important banks under Art. 9 BankG and Art. 60 ff. BankV.
