Deutsche Emissionshandelsstelle (DEHSt)

DEHSt is Germany's national authority for EU emissions trading, based within the Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt) in Berlin, responsible for allowance allocation, monitoring, the national emissions registry, and CBAM authorisation matters for German-based operators.
